Abstract In addition to the fact that most renewable energies such as solar and wind energy have become more competitive in global market, thanks great development conversion technologies, it believes can play a crucial role environmental issues. However, Palestine, situation is different from anywhere else; not only an economic option, but absolute necessity get out of crisis Palestinian cities suffer long years ago continue nowadays . The cornerstone present research focusing on availability resources Jenin Governorate (JG)—West Bank (WB)—Palestine. Two-year time-series hourly solar, wind, biomass, 1-year electrical load data are used analysis this paper. potentials were estimated using System Advisor Model software (SAM), optimum combination sizing hybrid system determined Hybrid Optimization Multiple Energy Resources (HOMER). proposed Renewable (HRES) consists 80 MW PV field, 66 farm, 50 biomass with initial investment $323 M. HRES generates 389 GWh/yr enough meet 100% demand JG (372 GWh/yr) excess electricity generation about 4.57% unmeet electric 109.6 MWh/yr which equivalent less than 2 h off year. Levelized Cost (LCOE) was found 0.313 $/kWh.
